Congratulations on the purchase of your Premium quality sleep set!

For the first 15 years after purchase, Slumber Sleep Products of Canada Ltd. will, at it's option, repair or replace your mattress and/or box spring with any manufacturing defect (exclusive of cover) without charge (exclusive of transportation costs).

The warranty coverage runs for 15 years from the date of purchase. Repair or replacement of the mattress or foundation does not extend its limited warranty or begin a new limited warranty period.

This warranty is valid only if the mattress is purchased with matching box spring and does not include cover. If identical materials are not available at time of repair or replacement, Slumber Sleep Products of Canada Ltd. reserves the right to substitute materials of equal quality.

Slumber Sleep Products of Canada Ltd. reserves the right to refuse service and void the warranty when the product, on inspection, is found to be in unsanitary condition, or has received obvious abuse or improper care.

Any and all implied warranties for this product shall not exceed in duration the term of this limited warranty. Slumber Sleep Products of Canada Ltd. is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damage resulting from product defect.

PROCEDURE TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE

• If defects occur contact the Dealer.
• Provide an explanation of the trouble and arrange a return with the Dealer.
• Provide proof of purchase date.
